Camps
Summer of 2024 Camps are here!
We had a great time last summer, so camps are growing even more at Lanier! These camps have always been popular, and we think your child will have the most enjoyable learning experience. Our camps are half the price of other camps, and help support our own cluster in the process. These camps are led by our high school robotics teachers and students to share their love of STEM, but also to raise funds for our STEM programs in the Lanier cluster. Thank you for considering our camps!
Camps are intended for grades 3-6
Our camps will run during the first weeks of summer, May 28-31 and June 3-6 (four days a week, the May week is Tues-Fri and the June week is Mon-Thurs). Times are 8:30-12:30, and 1pm-5pm, depending on the camp you select.
May 28-31, Tues-Fri, 8:30am-12:30pm, Minecraft Coding camp
May 28-31, Tues-Fri,1pm-5pm, Engineering camp
June 3-6, Mon-Thurs, 8:30am-12:30pm, Engineering camp
June 3-6, Mon-Thurs, 1pm-5pm, Minecraft Coding camp
Kids are welcome to bring a snack and water, we will have fun breaks in addition to the amazing STEM activities. Our local robotics team will be the hosts, so kids get to play with the "big kids". If they are taking both morning and afternoon camps, they can stay with us during the lunch break and just play!
The fee for this camp is $200, and all proceeds go to the robotics teams, this is a fundraiser for their events. Thanks in advance for the support! Our team also distributes funds to our elementary and middle schools.
